San Francisco's own Mitchell's Ice Cream will be scooped into the flower cup to add a wonderful consistency and flavor.

Want an extra kick added to your shave ice.  Try our sour spray, it will add a nice tart kick to any shave ice serving.  This is a per shave ice serving.

A dusting of this red powder used in Chinese style preserved fruit and candies on a finished shave ice cone imparts a sweet, sour and salty flavor. This might be considered for those with an adventurous palate. This is a per serving cost.

A sweet paste made from the East Asian-grown red azuki bean.  As with ice cream, the paste is scooped into the center of the shave ice cone as ice is being added for the extra kick of sweetness midway through the treat.  This is a per serving cost.
