We send our estimates and invoices via Square so please check all your email folders. Bookings are added to our calendar once a deposit has been secured. We try to arrive one hour or so before serving time to set up and prep.
Our carts can navigate smoot and flat surfaces only. We reserve the right to make adjustments as needed to ensure our carts integrity. Other paving surfaces will prohibit our cart to work properly at times. Looking for our wooden cart: We reserve our wooden cart for an additional cost.
You can rent some of our equipment for your events. Available for rent are some of our table top warmers and ice chests. Please contact us if you are interested
We will be asking all our clients to sign a service agreement to ensure we and the client are on same page regarding our service and expectation. We must have the service agreement signed prior to service. Thanks for understanding.
Our clients have been super amazing during the Covid shutdown. As a small family business, we try to be flexible and accommodating but we do not issue refunds. We do work with the client to secure a different date or offer credit for a future event.
